As the mental conditioning coach for AutoNation Nissan on Arapahoe, I work with the employees by guiding them to better understand their thought processes and how they help/hinder their performance. Then I empower them with skills to be able to adjust their thought processes to perform more consistently at their potential. Specific focus is on anxiety management, communication and Being a Great Teammate.
I began working with them in March 2014. In that short amount of time these employees have "bought in" to the process. I am proud of them and honored to be working with wonderful people!
